Anya Elizabeth Janoski

Anya Janoski was born 6/12/84 with a genetic syndrome: Cornelia de Lange Syndrome. Cornelia de Lange Syndrome (CdLS) is a genetic disorder present from birth, but not always diagnosed at birth. It causes a range of physical, cognitive and medical challenges.

Anya was known for her spunk, her love of hiding things, playing tricks on others, and her laughter and love of life. She loved matchbox cars, doing the Hokey Pokey and Ring Around the Rosey, going for drives, watching videos, playing on her IPad, getting her puppy in trouble, and wearing footed one piece PJ’s with rain boots and a hip pack!  She will be missed by so many people in this community. She was a teacher in her own way, teaching patience, joy and staying present.

Her mom and the community would like to honor her by including a lovely shade tree to go near her memorial bench at the Play4All Park.

We now have a shade tree to go near the bench we have already funded.
Thank you for your love and generosity!
